Our Programs

We are a community center for wellness in Hyde Park, sharing a diverse array of movement systems and options.

Pilates

In addition to our group classes for matwork and equipment, we also offer private lessons and duets. To deepen your practice, we also host teacher trainings and continuing education classes throughout the year.

Yoga

Our yoga program offers styles and classes for every practitioner. To complement the physical asana classes, we  offer weekly gong, kirtan, and yoga nidra meditation classes as well.

Other Programs

If you love to dance, or if cardio is your jam, our Zumba and Cardio Strength classes might be the perfect fit for you.
