Summer Ready Series Starts Monday!

To celebrate spring and prepare for Summer, Chaturanga has launched a small group personal training initiative: the Summer Ready Series on Mondays and Fridays, 6:30-7:30am, May 15th through June 16th!

Personal Training in a Small Group Setting

Experience the benefits of personal training in a fun, inclusive, and invigorating small-group setting! Innovative 4-week sessions are personalized according to clients’ individual goals and athletic abilities. Thoughtful, customized program design enables clients to make the most of this dynamic one-hour workout!

What’s in each session?

Each session in the first 4 weeks includes creative, safe, and effective combinations of the following:

  • Strength training
  • Cardiovascular conditioning
  • Circuit training
  • Core conditioning
  • Injury-preventing agility training
  • Yoga- and pilates-inspired movement
  • Balance and flexibility training

What happens in the 5th week?

For one week following each 4-week session, the Monday Friday classes will be devoted to gentle, restorative yoga sessions designed to promote recovery, return awareness to the breath, and offer clients an opportunity to recharge, relax, and rejuvenate the body and mind.
